What we offer
Counselor Access — $49/month
Monthly subscription. Unlimited questions to real college counselors. 24-hour response guarantee. Cancel anytime.
Free College List Generator
Available to all users at no cost. We may modify or discontinue free features at any time.
Payment and billing
Processing: All payments go through Stripe. We don't store your full card details.
Subscriptions: Counselor Access renews monthly until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your account settings.
Refunds: Subscriptions are billed monthly. No refunds for partial months. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next charge.
Service delivery
Response time: Our counselors respond within 24 business hours (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Complex questions may take longer.
Peak seasons: November–December response times may extend slightly. Indicate urgency in your message if needed.
No guarantees: We provide guidance and recommendations — not admission guarantees. College decisions are made solely by the institutions.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about your academic profile
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Use the service appropriately — no misuse, no accessing other accounts
- Be at least 13 years old (users under 18 should use with parental guidance)
Intellectual property
All content on AdmitMatch — algorithms, counselor guidance, written materials, design — is owned by AdmitMatch. You may use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Disclaimers
No admission guarantees. We provide guidance based on data and expertise. We cannot guarantee admission to any school.
Data accuracy. Admissions criteria change frequently. Always verify information directly with colleges.
Service availability. We aim for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
Termination
You may cancel anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes resolved through binding arbitration per the American Arbitration Association.
